In 2006 I self-published the award winning book Waking Up the West Coast: Healers and Visionaries profiling some of British Columbia's most dynamic movers and shakers in the fields of sustainability, advocacy and health. The goal was for the book to act as a catalyst for positive change, and with a foreword by Dr Andrew Weil, it had quite an impact in my community.

I also host local workshops, global tours and am available for speaking engagements. I believe in the power of simplicity, authenticity and love the company of good friends.
